Chardonnay - A new twist on an old classic: this semi-sweet reserve achieves a fruity smooth flavour with excellent balance and finish.
Riesling - This classic German varietal is known and adored for its crisp, peachy flavor. Serve chilled with pasta and lighter cuisine.
Vidal Blanc - This French-American grows large clusters of white grapes with a hint of crisp apple flavors. Serve chilled with light pasta.
Cabernet Sauvignon (2003) - A traditional dry Cabernet, aged five years in stainless steel until it enthusiastically met the winemaker's high standards.
Chateau Rouge - Made with Concord grapes, this wine has a semi-sweet, light-bodied character enhances spicy foods. Serve chilled for best flavor.
Rio Samba - This sassy blend is bursting with fruity flavours. Perfect for sipping on a slow summer evening or watching the stars come out at night. (Currently Sold Out - will hopefully be restocked soon!)
Blackberry - Made with locally grown blackberries, this wine’s semi-sweet flavor makes it perfect to serve with desserts.
Blueberry - This wine, with its sparkling garnet color, yields a fruity, semi-sweet flavour. Perfect for serving with or as a dessert.
Cranberry - Finally, a holiday classic exclusively for adults. This wine, with its sweet yet bouncy flavour, is a perfect addition to any holiday meal.
Raspberry - No thorns here. If you love raspberries, you’ll find that this wine gives all the pleasure of the fresh fruit without the brambles.
Strawberry - Open the bottle and smell the fruity aroma of fresh berries. Serve chilled with dessert or other fruits.
All of the above wines are currently available in our tasting room, open 11 AM - 6 PM Monday through Saturday. The wines below are in various stages of progress, as our winemaker refuses to release a wine before it is ready - much to Andre's dismay.
